Kudos to some provided the doctors name/contact

I think we don't need to be harsh on TS, he might not encounter this situation before (with relatives/friends/etc) - lesson learnt for sure but no harm to give help

but me too I don't know of any female Malay gyno, look for medical centers near Puchong/Putrajaya/Bangi.. sorry TS and hope all is going well nod.gif

muslim should seek the better options whenever possible, in case of emergency or seeking expert opinion then the rules didn't apply. FYI there's plenty of expert female malay gyne around....

you do know that in child birth, there's a considerably high risk of complications that your wife (and YOU!) need all the expert hands you can get. ever wonder why most insurance companies WILL NOT cover child birth (unless u pay a large premium)? because the risks are real and shit WILL happen.

it's not a risk i'm willing to take just to cover aurat. yeah, as a husband you will tanggung that dosa. but would you be willing to tanggung the life of your wife and unborn child? would you be willing to tanggung if some complication occurs to your baby which would affect his/her entire life just because "daddy didnt wanna tanggung dosa aurat mummy"?

do consider about that.

god forgives. people dont.

Just asking, in non-emergency situation, a non-muslim female doctor is also not an option, comparing to the Muslim counterpart?

I agree with azarimy.

However, in my opinion, since we live in a multiracial country, and since /k rakyat is seriously sensitive about stuff like this,
TS shoulda just asked for good female doctors. THEN, u choose which doctor is ok for you.

Would have saved yourself a lot of face man. sweat.gif sweat.gif icon_idea.gif

Just be careful in the future TS and congrats on the new family member! rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

And to others, I guess pls forgive him since being a parent for the first time is actually very confusing. nod.gif nod.gif

okay for whom? for you? sure.

for her? probably not so much. but again, being free-haired is very common in malaysia. in fact, it's also quite common about muslim girls wearing sexy or revealing clothes. is it okay?

it highly depends on the person. bottom line is, regulation set by the religion is clear. it's up to the individuals to uphold to which extent. most of my non-muslim friends would simply ask the person directly - is it okay that i can see your hair/legs/private parts? if she's fine, then that's that. but if she makes a fuss, just tolerate her and give her the space she needs.
