Yep, the used bookstore is BookStreams which is nearby BookXcess. Last time I went just before CNY, they looked busy. I thought they were cleaning up the old stocks and replenishing with new books. They didn't even mention they were moving or closing down.

It's no longer there anymore, when I visited after CNY.
