Just want to share my Fire monk build with all the monks here:

Gear:
1. Magefist - Fire skill deals 20% more
2. Gyana NaKashu - Lashing Tail Kick deals 362% as Fire
3. Rare bracer that deal 13++% Fire damage

Skill:
1. Lashing Kick - Spinning Flame Kick - Fire base
2. Crippling Wave - Mangle - 216% as Fire
3. Sweeping Wind - Fire Storm
4. Epiphany - Inner Fire 353%
5. Exploding Palm - Essence Burn 1623% as Fire
6. Mantra of Conviction - Overawe-some

Passive
- Exalted Soul for addition 100 spirit + Paragon point if you have
- Transcendence to recovery HP while spamming spirit

Game play in T1.
White mobs
- Start Sweeping Wind - Fire Storm will melt them
- Palm one of them with Exploding Palm - Watch everything else explode
- Finish off bigger mob with Lashing Kick

Elite
- Enable Epiphany - Spirit regen increased by 20
- Spam Lashing Kick till they die
- Typically all Elite dies within 20 seconds
