MOBAJOBG, don't use Resolve. It only affect those you hit and because FoT had Crowd control and able to interrupt & you kill so fast, it does not benefit much. With the high APS, you can use:
1. Exalted Soul to store the extra spirit - Synergy
2. NDE - defense

With DS & Pacifism in place, you can drop Serenity for Blinding Flash-FITL - Offensive

Any weapon would do well provided that the stats are right.

Double LS WKL/EF set is kinda hard to get high CD%. Because you need to roll:
EF: LS + CD%/OS
WKL: LS + CD%/OS

Which means you are literary have less CD%

there is one build: Nirvana using single LS% spam bell can help staying alive.

Both average dmg & CD%. the IAS% is not too important as far as A BELL is concern, hence this is where a 2mil screen damage Skorn shine!

A skorn is to be replaced by a Doom Hammer.

Nirvana needs to tag multiple fam for the DOT effect. Ghom alone (if you count on the minions that die too fast on bells) are not sufficient to fueled the fast spirit regen.

No no Nirvana is a state. You can use any spirit spender in Nirvana, and obviously bell is the most effective. I tried CS/7SS/LTK and they both perform not as good as Bell:
1. CS - quite nice but lacks of damage
2. 7SS - too lengthy the animation
3. LTK - lacks of AoE

You can kill Ghom over and over again until his fart and your puke all piled up together into a big chunk of wastage

occasionally I did that but the fun is loss.
