Just stand in the middle of the mobs crowd.. If get too crowdy use bell..

Epiphany - Cooldown 90 seconds. Have an Epiphany, increasing your Spirit regeneration per second by 35 and enabling your melee attacks to instantly dash to your target for 15 seconds

Runes:

Desert Shroud - Infuse yourself with sand, reducing damage taken by 50%
Ascendance - Charge yourself with Lightning, causing your next attack after moving 10 yards to stun for 1.5 seconds
Soothing Mist - Imbue yourself with water, causing your abilities to heal yourself and allies within 30 yards for 13661 Life. Heal amount is increased by 25% of your Health Globe Healing Bonus
Windwalker - Each enemy killed during your Epiphany increases your Attack Speed by 3% for the remaining duration of Epiphany
Inner Fire - Engulf yourself with flames, causing your attacks to assault enemies in front of you for 353% weapon damage as fire.

With cool down of 90 seconds, you want to use this skill only with Elite. Once activated, you want to finish the E in 15 seconds! Within that 15 seconds, you "almost" got endless spirit regen (35 a second!) to spam bell. Because of my high Life per Spirit spent, by spamming bell, I heal myself quickly too.

The animation you see in the video is due to dashing to target when I spam "Explosive Light" on the mobs. Elite killing skill!

The Fist of Az'Turrasq no longer stun mobs... but increase EP to 100% of max HP of Mob... think this is awesome in Torment 6!

Did some quick check, T2 Quillback in Keeper 2 (the small porcupine like creature) has the follow HP:

Torment 2: ~20mil
Torment 3: ~30mil
Torment 4: ~50mil
Torment 5: ~100mil
Torment 6: ~250mil

That is just a small white mob... Imagine 1 mil DPS, without skill, 1 white mob need 250 seconds to kill 

Tested the Fist of Az'Turrasq in Torment 4. Seem do-able.

Gear:
1. Magefist - Fire skill deals 20% more
2. Gyana NaKashu - Lashing Tail Kick deals 362% as Fire
3. Rare bracer that deal 13++% Fire damage

Skill:
1. Lashing Kick - Spinning Flame Kick - Fire base
2. Crippling Wave - Mangle - 216% as Fire
3. Sweeping Wind - Fire Storm
4. Epiphany - Inner Fire 353%
5. Exploding Palm - Essence Burn 1623% as Fire
6. Mantra of Conviction - Overawe-some

Passive
- Exalted Soul for addition 100 spirit + Paragon point if you have
- Transcendence to recovery HP while spamming spirit

White mobs
- Start Sweeping Wind - Fire Storm will melt them
- Palm one of them with Exploding Palm - Watch everything else explode
- Finish off bigger mob with Lashing Kick

Elite
- Enable Epiphany - Spirit regen increased by 20
- Spam Lashing Kick till they die
- Typically all Elite dies within 20 seconds

Found a 2.2k DPS Sever! Reroll the Vit into socket, pair with Essential Palm, the result is... Big Kaboom! Able to do 200++ mil damage during explosions.

Weird they dont show the enchanted properties in our Battle net profiles... Hmmm

Finally achieved >800k dps and 5 million toughness unbuff after grinding for the whole weekend...

Now I dont know how to upgrade my eq already... Only left are Legendary for both rings and amulet.
