No doubt EHP is significant in using a single LS when facing RD mobs. I watch invis videos and there are times when he is running with Single or no LS for the matter but I think the debate boils down to whether high EHP can sustain single LS on RD mobs without gear swapping. Honestly, I don't know as I've not tried it before. Maybe someone can pinjam me one with CD. kkekekekeke. I try give it a run and see.
