With the current dps, i think it can be killed below 1 min.
I think drop rate is all luck. I'm not sure if the drop rate is up to 90% but i can tell the drop rate is high.

He's an easy target.

Whatever skill that can kill it fast.

The drop is random.

Replace either blinding flash or serenity with cyclone strike.
Blinding flash @ MP8 solo is overdo. Or you can do without serenity @ MP8 solo.

Saw you running without killing white mobs @ festering woods.
You've wasted many XP points.

Use cyclone strike while you're running searching for elites.
2xcyclone strike or 1xcyclone strike+1xbell can tapau white mobs @ MP8 solo. And it takes you 1 second for that.
Cyclone strike/bell can certainly kill white mobs faster than punches.

Not so easy.
You need a high end skorn to achieve that, i.e. 1400K+ DPS plus 195%+ CD

Very good combo.
You need very good DPS from other gears (i.e. amulet, rings etc)

WKL is the bottleneck, especially you combo it with rare weapon.
Try EF + rare weapon.

For optimal, 1.60 attack speed.
1.5x is doable though.

It depends on how you gear up your toon.
Get IAS + CC gears should be quite cheap.
It's expensive if you get IAS + CC + CD.
It's very expesnsive if you get IAS+ CC+ CD+ Avg damage.

With skorn, goblin's 18m+ HP gone with 2xWoL.

Playable and feasible skill setup for sure.

Just a thought, dropping skills like serenity, pacifism and NDE will affect your survivability.
IMO, there are 2 ways of building it.
Either push up your EHP or drop OWE slot for Pacifism/NDE.
If you want to push up EHP, try to push it to 600K (based on D3up) by increasing either armor or AR (instead of increasing VIT/Life%).
If you free 1 passive skill slot, try to keep your EHP around 500K (based on D3up). To drop OWE, you need to stack adequate AR/Armor.

P/S Combination strike works fine with dual spirit generator skill.

P/S You don't need 5.5% LS if you have CS or Bell in your skill set up.
5% LS will do the job. You HP will be restored with 1xBell or 1xCS (more than 3 targets).

Yes, I think many do not use EF.

No problem if they use cyclone strike. Not even a concern.

Nice run.

Just some suggestion, you may try it.
Try replace guardian path with combination strike.
Drop Breath of Heaven and replace it with Deadly reach/foresight (alternatively, WotHF/blazing fist. But I prefer less-hassle and heavy-punch deadly/foresight).

Use d3up to simulate, it gives you 33% pure DPS buff.
Too good to let go.

You don't really need spirit generation from guardian path because you don't really have heavy spirit usage for your build (you don't spam bell + cyclone strike).

Something similar as dual-wield barb VS skorn barb.

1 obvious difference though, RD from Uber Siegebreaker.
Skorn monk, no issues generally.
DW monk, it could be very painful (even with dual LS weapons. It depends on your defensive attributes). A bell on a bad mood Siegebreaker could send your corpse flying.
