Yup, the toughness can be very misleading..

Its back to basic for us monks, stack armor, single ress, owe..

Just dont roll evrything with vit, take it where it matter the most.

Imo, 4 slot of vit is sufficient. The rest of the slot? Dps la apa lagi hahaha

1k ar, 7k armor, 200k hp would be a good starting point

got a sk shoulder from bag yesterday

the legendary effect, "When receiving fatal damage, there is a chance that you are instead restored to 25% of maximum Life and cause nearby enemies to flee in fear."

anyone tested this? the chance to proc this?
