Need more AR...MP10 minimum 500, try to use OWE and stack 2x Res on some gears.

Also, your jewelry don't have average damage. For DW, average damage is the BEST way to increase DPS as +x-y damage is added to BOTH your weapons.

If you have dual LS 500k EHP should be baseline. But you have less than 500k and only 2.8%. Moreover, with Cyclone strike, so, you should feel weak in mp 10.

If you die mostly due to elite skill such as poison, lava, arcane then you should change your passive skill since six sense dodge will not dodge those.

Just pack as much spirit regen as possible:
SoJ with 2.2SR (optional cyclone reduction)
inna helm with 2.3SR
passive free so that you can use ES, CoR (2H a must use TGP)

And pick the Nirvana route

Based on my test, no gears needed.
What you need is, FoT/Quickening. You can keep spamming MoC/Overawe & Cyclone strike every 3 seconds.
Likewise for bell.

Note: You need high crit chance as it gives you spirit generation. 51%cc and above is recommended. The more the merrier.

Benchmark various Monster Power vs XP... turn out with my CuteCow (P32) best farm with dual wield MP7!

Some statistic:

MP1 - TR, kill mobs in 1 hit - 66mil/hr
MP2 - TR, need to round - 62mil/hr

MP6 - Dual Wield, Fleet Footed + BoH (No Serenity) - 87mil/hr
MP7 - Dual Wield, Fleet Footed + BoH (No Serenity) - 108mil/hr
MP7 - Dual Wield, BoY + Serenity - 112mil/hr
MP8 - Dual Wield, BoY + Serenity - 94mil/hr
MP9 - Dual Wield, BoY + Serenity - 97mil/hr

PS: I had to test MP7 twice to confirm this
