Cooldown? Since when Monk needs cooldown skill? I want Spirit on Crit.

i guess on the xpac LS are no longer required??? xde LS pon on weapon blizz shown to us. They gonna buff LPSS, LPS?

The cooldown stat is a "Smart Drop" system. Who knows Spirit on Crit might have a chance when the game release?

My opinion same spirit on crit more important then reduce cool down

May not be for you, but it is for me. I have 2 skills that has cool down (Serenity and Blinding Flash). Will be using these skills in Act 5 unless there are new cooler defense skills.

Spirit generation is less important because I have 2.41 - 2.75 attack speed.

With Beacon of YTar, I can use Serenity every 16 seconds. With Asccension rune, I just need to tank 12 seconds. In that 12 seconds, I can use Blinding flash which blind them for 3 seconds. With BoY, Blind flash cool down is also 12 seconds. Alternate between them should allow me to handle Act 5 mobs with the current defense.

However, if I can get 2 more weapons that give me a total of another 10% reduce cool down, Serenity CD = 14, minus the 4 sec invulnerability, I only need to tank 10 seconds! Blinding flash cool down also just 10 seconds!

What it also mean is, every 10 seconds, I got 3 seconds that I can boost (Faith in Light) my DPS from 300k to 600k.

I also noticed that in Paragon 2.0, you can assign stat to Stat, Offensive, Defensive and Adventure. I hope I can assign points to reduce cool down! I want to build a reduce cool down build! At Paragon 1000, I probably can have Serenity all the time...

Look like you don't need to buy expansion to have these:

- Paragon 2.0
- Loot 2.0
- Loot Runs
- Nephalem Trials

Hopefully, they can be patched for free BEFORE the release of the expansion.
