Hello guys..Just bought this steelseries siberia elite warlord of draenor vers. last month..20 April 2017..after of 1 month normal usage..the Earcup break apart..any chance this kind of problem can be RMA? asking the store that i bought..they say cant rma ..

sensei wireless problem
suddenly my mouse act weirdly on wireless.
i cant click, it keeps moving to the right.
while i'm using cable, it work normally.
mouse only about 6 month old. tak penah jatuh, took care like a baby
help me how to fix this.

should be able to RMA, just tell them it disrupt the surround sound that it suppose to produce then it should be fine, if they say its cosmetic tell them steelseries made every stitches optimize for qulity hearing, thats why you are paying that much of a money. If not then just refund.

Guys, what's the difference between 310 rival vs Sensei? I'm playing fps like cod, lots of strategy games like company of heroes and RPG like Diablo. Can I tweak different button for skills in Diablo with these mices? Thanks for input.

you can remap the side buttons to the hotkey u desire
both rival and sensei are great options, see which shape you like
however, dont expect to use the side buttons on the other side of the sensei, you would usually end up misclicking it.

I've got the Sensei 310 cause im used to ambidextrous mouses since I upgraded from Rival 100 to Sensei 310. Tell u the truth i dont really use the right side clicks cause its not that easy to reach so i ended up disabling them

True that. I rarely use the side button. Im using rival 310 right now and for me its a bit light and small. Is rival 700 heavier and bigger than 310 series?

As I know the rival 700 is slightly longer and heavier than the 310 series.

most users will disable those buttons anyway.
It is there to make sure lefties wont feel left out from the buttons
But then sensei is probably my favorite among the other line ups

Thinking of getting new mouse to replace my old rival 300.. Currently deciding between razer mamba and rival 310. Which one should I get?
