Does Novum have direct covered link bridge to the LRT?

when i drive past bangsar south, kl gateway is the nearest to the universiti lrt being connected to it via an upcoming aircond bridge, next closest to the universiti lrt will b southview which is adjacent to kl gateway and the furthest fr the universiti lrt will be novum which is adjacent to southview. is my observation correct?

and among the 3 projects Novum is the furthest fr the LRT and the closest to the big mosque which is just a stone throw away fr it?

In terms of accessibility kl gateway will be the best at it enjoys a direct link bridge (fully aircond) to universiti lrt. but i heard fey r all sold out. kl gateway planning to launch their 5th premium residence block which will occupy their current showroom land.

The Arte series facade looks pretty canggih. Look at the recent completed Arte @ Subang West, comes complete with an iconic looking cube and the building looks pretty futuristic.

Heard thr is a proposed mrt3 interchange with kerinchi lrt just across the federal highway. This is good news for novum business novum is closest to the kerinchi lrt.

Already proposed unless there is any change.

Any1 know if novum will construct a covered walkway to the bangsar south entrance to walk to kerinchi lrt. If no covered walkway, novum tenants will be exposed to 150m of sun or rain b4 they can reach the covered bridge.

The neighbouring project uoa southlink launching price was rm750psf. Also freehold like novum. Cheapest so far.
