Some update about this project, first private launch last 2 week for family and relative.
2nd private launch for friend and business partner will be on tonight..i will try to update the info after the preview..

Update for this project as below:
1) JV project between EUPE ( sg petani kedah developer where track record resort cinta sayang golf club project) and Asthetik (former kelang lama land @ G-Residence kuchai lama project).
2) Block A fully booked, Block B 50% booked
3) Freehold Type A3 (1 bedroom) 659sft, Type A3a (1 bedroom with balcony) 717sft , Type B (2 bedroom) 823 sft, Type B3a (2 bedroom with balcony) 880sft Type C (900-1000sft)
4) starting from Rm820/sqft after rebate
5) Maintenance fee Rm 0.35 (yet to finalised )
6) partly furnished with kitchen cabinet and air cond
7) sanitary and fitting = Roca & hansgrohe

There's potential here..who else invest here

720k should be lowest floor facing UM view right ?
