Well I hope we just get a quality product. Backing a small developer is banking on the fact they will have to work harder to impress their customers. And I do hope they rise above th expectations. Then i guess we have nothing to worry about.

My friends....the above sounds more like a peddler ( peddler with vested interest )  selling his goods in Pasar Malam...

Dear My friends...If I know what to do then this is what I will do :-
1.) I will create such a negativity so everyone will be in doubt.
2.) When everyone in doubt then there will be alot of units available for me to choose
3.) Demand will diminish which will entail diminish in purchase price
4.) I will be buy unit which is $700K for $400k
5.) After 5 years I will sell to you for 1 mill

But this is not my intention....I just want the developer to complete the project and hand over the unit the owner

Not sure why some of people here keep said its failed. Got show unit, very nice and big scale model, nice facade (compare with UxA design) but still many complaint.

How much is the maintenance fees? previously heard 40-50c, is that reasonable for the facilities they are providing??
