I thought snp starting tmr 23 Nov. ..
I prefer late and if can vp on 2020.
Showroom I thought is 1000sf ,not?

I asked the SA, she claimed that it's normal for the maintenance fee. well, because her current condo in KD maintenance fee is about 0.4 too.  hmm.gif

The sales very bad. Many booked units drop out can see from sales chart.

Maintenance fees high, without many good facilities.
too close to office area, weekend will be a dead place if you been here weekend.
High density, need longer time to rent out or subsale
Too many high end condo to compete for small expats market .

I think developer will end up free this free that and give more rebates for later buyers if continue this low sales.

Yup. Agree. Many stopss since 2 3 yrs ago. I also surprise to see so many people flood into bk jalil projects, ddd.

But most of his collection this yr are not expensive property. Some for own stay.
The Holmes, casa green, the park, tropicana....

Hard to find ppl willing to take lrt after office hours
Kerinchi station very quiet at night time and weekend, Bangsar trade centre also not doing well
