Bangsar south will have another 3 thousand plus units complete in same time, haven't plus the IJM project and existing completed 1,...I think have to hold another 3-5 yrs after completion then only can see the appreciation...also the management of the condo will be the most important part while we are holding the properties. ...Hopefully novum management is good,

I Heard that 2 plots of land next to YNH is owned by 2 developers, 1 of it belong to UOA, small plot only... Don't know what they build.... Haha... Can party dy this time..
