QUOTE(Tsuto @ Nov 11 2015, 08:41 PM) Living cost and expenses increased... I am paying 0.55 psf for st marry condo, the facilities here also normal only. The fees also utilize on the repairs of the building, example like lift maintenance or repair , do u know the cost to service or repair a lift? The management office for sure want to make profit, otherwise who is gonna manage the place?

Or because of car park at klcc got special decoration with Christmas Tree...lol We are talking about property maintenance fees, how come u compare with those stuff in pasar malam? What a bad explanation.

QUOTE(Megatron1234 @ Mar 17 2016, 10:49 AM) 70% booked does not mean 70% sold. After adjusting for sales cancellation, loan rejections,"internal bookings", bumi reserve lots and some marketing gimmicks, actual sales may be around 50% only. I do not really trust the sales chart. Those amber, yellow, green stickers are not reliable indication of actual sales and availability of units. Heard some friends said that lot of ppl cancel booking before the launching. they booked since year 2014 and dragged until now only launching and caused some of them impatient to wait.the developer also very smart, using agents database and effort to get sales , at the end agents wasted their client sources when their clients cancelled.haha

QUOTE(Takuro82 @ May 5 2016, 10:02 AM) Not sure this developer procedure how. But usually you need to fill up a form of referral first. Just ask the agent. If agent don't have direct go to showroom or call their HQ to ask. I think they able to give some % of referral fee to you. Then if that is your good friend and you want to share half half with him is up to you this offer is only dealing with developer or dealing with agent is same?
