Hey guys / @bloodghost,

Am new here!

I've been thinking of getting the haunted house #10228 but it seems like the standard price is 899 (Brick Bastion / BB Toys). Just wondering whether this is the best (and only) price i can get in the retails outlets in Malaysia/Online? I know some were selling it on LYN for about 750-800 since they bought it in bulk but i believe all units has been sold..I've also checked Brick Link (HK sells it for 600++). I guess after shipping fees, the price will be about the same as well.

A friend of mine will be travelling to south korea this weekend and i've also asked her to check whether the shop at Dongdaemun http://legoasia.blogspot.com/2011/11/lego-...e-nov-2011.html have it. However, if she couldn't find the set there, i guess i'm left with the only option available here... hmm.gif

Yeah? So far I read Korea has the best price. Not sure about Taiwan and HK but through BrickLink there are many parts sold there. Lotsa varieties to custom make minifigs. I'm planning to create one big Horror family. laugh.gif starting off with the Monster Fighters series.

I'm also looking at printing to clear-transparent sticker.
Most of the shops I found so far, are A3 white-blank-sticker to print.

Not much choice you have, standard gloss sticker paper only. Since we print 1-2 A3 size only.
Unless you going bulk like 10k-100k pieces, I think can approach printing factory directly and more options.

Also, printer colour matching , is a problem for shops. WYSIWYG is unlikely.

Yeah, that will definitely happen doh.gif

QUOTE(cute_boboi @ Aug 2 2013, 12:44 PM)
It depends on each of the printer actually. Different brand and model, will have different colour printout.  rclxub.gif
and the sticker paper also, if it is not pure-white, i.e. pearl white will come out different colour than pure white.

True..

The friend of mine just went to the Lego shop at Dongdaemun but sadly all the Monster Fighters series ran out of stock except #9468.

#9468 costs KRW128,000 (MYR 369.98) and #10228 costs KRW237,405 (MYR 685.66) cry.gif

Anyway, wondering whether anyone is selling below MYR800 or thats the best price one can get in KL ady...?

Apparently, its the famous lego shop in South Korea, happened to publicize on their local tv many times and got photos of celebrities shopping in there many times. Yalor, looks like pasar from outside, but inside from this blog (http://legoasia.blogspot.com/2011/11/lego-in-korea-update-nov-2011.html) like any other shops la.. lol
