i used to have a good time crushing people who brags about winning 1v7 insane in 1v1 match. they think beating AI is such a great feat when the only thing you get is bad habits when you face another human player with a brain.

aye. i know RA2 is not that realistic in the first place with giant squid and psychics and stuff but at least they maintain the srs tone. RA3 went overboard with the cheesiness and try to make everything a joke. and they tried too hard with the cast as well. in RA2 the babes are fine but they don't actually look like pornstars.

gameplay wise, i hate the ore mining system and the game focuses too much on micro with every unit have secondary ability. if i want to micro i'd play starcraft dammit. if im playing a red alert game i'd expect to see massive tank rushes

yah deswai the most popular map for AI bashers is arctic circle. everything is connected by bridges, plenty of oil rig, a heaven really.

downloaded ra2 last month and started playing again..lets do an online battle warfare!!

i prefer vanilla RA2 than YR for multiplayer. but for single player YR is fun. more unit options and interesting campaign. i love the idea of soviets and allies band together to beat a common enemy that is yuri. god i hate that sonofabich.
