till today 1 line and get 2nd line foc still available.

meant first line monthly commitment Rm8, @2nd line monthly Rm8, total Rm16 commitment per month.

share commitment meant that if one of the line exceed Rm8, while the other still having balance, the balance will be transfer to you account and you dont need to pay extra more.

furthermore, call within redtone-redtone user are FOC.

*
Commitment Rm8 + Rm15(500MB) = Rm23

call between redONE user are FOC, the Rm8 is having a credit value, where you are able to used for call to other network with 0.15sen/min. Call between redONE will be FOC.

while the data package is flexible which able to cancel or buy in for every month.

This is the lowest Postpaid Plan, redtone mobile will issue you a monthly bill for every month. For data the validity can be last for 1 month for example 100MB at Rm5 able to last for a Month or either the quota finish first.

The Rm8 plan is having Rm8 credit inside. you are able to call ~~42min (after deduct the 6% gov. tax) call rate at 0.15sen per min, flat rate to all network.

for higher commitment like Rm58, call rate will be cheaper at 12sen per min.

What are the diff between these two?

1GB = Charge per usage after 1GB?
1Gb+ = No charge but throttled to 64kbps?

yup, Rm25 1GB will charge as per per used (PPU) once 1gb quota finish, user got to manually turn off data option if wanna avoid PPU charges.

1GB+ unlimited = speed throttled, no additional charges.

Hi there. I'm interested to port to redone from umobile but i have heard some feedback that if we subscribe at end of the mth, we will be charged full in the bill for the mth although i have used for few days. My question is redone bill cycle fixed early of the mth or it uses prorata system? If it's fix billing cycle means i should port at early of the mth rite? Can u please advise on this matter? Tq. smile.gif

If you wish to sign up with us you may visit us at www.store.eaicomm.com or contact our redone team at redone@eaicomm.com, and forward nessasry document for registration.

billing is pro-rate for the first month. Next month billing cycle will be on 1st of every month. Is a prorate system, it will average on your billing.

Agreed to this
I had terrible experience arguing with Celcom Customer Service for 2 hours long in phone.
Eventually it came out due to RedOne rejected my application with reason: Still in 12 months contract.
They dont want to port u out even though u can pay the penalty.
