Some out topic question here ; I just realise this two months my bills suddenly get those game wap blah blah per message RM6 , all of those count into domestic charge, last month i get about RM15 , this month i get charged about RM30. Yesterday i just called CS and complain to them , that guy give me answer is will waived this month domestic charge " RM30 " and cancel all of those service. But until now i checked my bills that domestic charged still there , RM30 still didn't waived. Btw what should i do now? Pay for those RM45? can i waive it?
P/s : my sim are whole year put in my E398. |
