Almost August, bring out the godly pong sui chart already.
I'd love to see bloodbath with KLCI at 1600.
STOCK MARKET DISCUSSION V134, CI step into 1800, are you happy?

QUOTE(Madbull @ Jul 25 2013, 12:21 PM) Take the market cap divide by the book value, almost less than 1 already.Means paying RM1 for asset worth more than RM1. QUOTE(Boon3 @ Jul 25 2013, 12:50 PM) Come come.Draw one then I help you distribute in whole KL PJ area. |

QUOTE(gark @ Jul 26 2013, 10:53 AM) Ok comparable lah... except nestle. Btw wondering if you know how to calculate the PE of KLCI?Apple is PE 10, Microsoft PE 12 and google PE 23 only... Nestle is wayyy to expensive.. yet got people buy 1.. Take the price and earnings of all the CI stocks? Need to consider the weightage also right. btw.. Hoping Dlady to drop to PE20. QUOTE(foofoosasa @ Jul 26 2013, 10:55 AM) That's what I thought too. What I can say this market is too small. You have a point there. Now people feel these blue chips getting more expansive and start buying 2nd liner & third liner That explains why my ahpek watch list never move while index at record high. |

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jul 31 2013, 04:38 PM) Selling is good. Agreed, as long as the company you buy in can continue the dividend stream during hard times. No sell, how to accumulate cheap stock? Don't know where the bottom is, but I am constantly buying for dividend. 2014 target : To receive dividend pay cheque on every month Just leave it there and never worry. REITs pricing are looking very attractive to me now, sunreit already in 6% pre-tax yield. |

Developing an app to automatically convert financial statement in an annual report PDF to excel format.
Any of you interested in it? If got decent amount of interest I might commercialize it. Else just for my own use, no need touch up here and there. |

QUOTE(foofoosasa @ Aug 20 2013, 03:39 PM) It worked for me before, and I still survive in stock market . I guess everyone's definition of 'surviving' is different. From bear to dead market , I experienced it before. I am still here too Some maybe minimum loss, some may said no gain = loss QUOTE(Boon3 @ Aug 20 2013, 03:41 PM) You see the stocks I like. I always like buy higher and sell lower. I just see it so funny that some keep asking for a cheaper price for a stock. ( CIMB drop quite a few sen, cheap already ah? Can buy? But do they know and understand the risks involved? The simple truth is, in general, that it's much easier to make money in a bull market than a bear market. Of course there's always exception to any statements.
