Just get my hand on Lenovo P780 coming from P770. Marvelous improvement, solid and well build compared to P770. Got my phone rooted and bloatware removed, gonna see how well the cell goes.

QUOTE(zerohunter @ Sep 19 2013, 12:11 PM) Base on your usage, this phone is suitable, the quad core cpu and 1gb ram is just fine. The battery life is superb, in my opinion, a high spec smart phone with lousy battery life is just not right, what for a high end phone but battery is dead in the middle of the day or needing to carry and charge the battery bank and phone all the time. Yup, talk about superior battery. Went 60% and start youtube video for Taiwanese drama around 6pm yesterday with my 3G data, finally phone beeps for recharging at 15% around 11.30pm. With 5 1/2 hours of endurance at 80% screen brightness, dont think any phone could beat this. |

QUOTE(cle900706 @ Oct 13 2013, 11:21 AM) hi guys, i read that 8gb version is coming in soon? any website to comfirm this? plan to buy this as my main phone too. for the 4k mah batt Yes, 8gb version is coming soon. As far as differences, 8gb version will make up with low ROM amount in 4gb version, 2.5gb vs 650mb and will be selling at roughly the same price as 4gb. QUOTE(miloy2k @ Nov 18 2013, 10:38 AM) Doubt about that since even 4.2.2 is nowhere to be seen, don't think Lenovo is too keen on firmware updates. Last time spoke with Lenovo China executive when they pay a visit to shop, screw them for this matter. He told me Lenovo had launched almost 90 android phones yearly and is hard to maintain regards of this matter. Seriously This post has been edited by mavezai1984: Nov 18 2013, 02:06 PM |

QUOTE(miloy2k @ Nov 18 2013, 04:25 PM) Well we don't have any member at XDA nor elsewhere. Lenovo JB launcher is probably the most boring, bugged and lagged i have used (haven't try Vibe UI thou), even Huawei's Emotion UI is far better. Nova / Apex terus out of box and never looked back.
