hi, need help...any idea why i can delete some of the recorded program even tho its not lock....any idea how to force delete it beside the last option of formating the drive?

coz inside got some family member unwatch tv episode....if i format sure everybody rage at me....hehe

based on my conversation wit the cust serv...they called it phantom recording.......i formatted my disk for first time last nite....let see if this happen again....then i may reconsider changing decoder if it does solved the issue

i thought so because before that everything was ok...it started like 1 months ago that i keep on getting this weird recording...nevermind...i already formatted...wife and kids even mad because they have their running man show got deleted hehe....

well i did lodge a report with astro and they do wanna send their technician but decide to hold it first...if this exist maybe i will change to latest decoder...

btw how much it cost to change the pvr? becoz my PVR already 1 year plus so i think theres no mo warranty....

lol...rm50 for installation? i thought they just swapped regardless of brand of pvr...do i have an toption to choose which decoder i want or they simply change based on their stock...and i need to change new sim card right?

wah same symptoms like mine...slow down...recording led light up...dang ! anyway which pvr decoder you change to?

so i guess this has nothing to do with PVR...like anon say its a software glitch...

and IT APPEARS AGAIN ON MY BOX TOO DAMNIT.....

now i will just let my family watch all those recorded stuff specially during the recent holiday before call custserv to change to decoder nor format the bloody box again...

i havent change decoder bro...still using the old one.... maybe i should made a req when i call custserv to change to sammy box....

btw just wondering why they didnt fix this issue in 1st place...and yet they are promoting the PVR all over......are they trying to clear the old stock? hmm.gif

try format your box first....then start recording again...if appear again then maybe req to change box heheh...

my PVR finally dead ! all recorded shows gone ! and cant even format the HDD...it stuck..i guess the HDD kaputed, lodge a report and guess what...i have to wait 21 days for replacement lol

insist to get latest box which is samsung but the CS said depends on stock....worst use back same box....

price increase but really terrible service and the box is less then a year !

guys quick one...when replacing the old Pace PVR to Samsung PVR....normally the new samsung remote is given or we have to reuse the remote from PACE?

because the installer didnt give me anything even the manual for the samsung PVR ! hmmmm and ask me to use the old remote

btw i didnt pay anything to get replacement....its FOC....i thought need to pay rm50?

thats what i told him but the installer said only change the PVR and reuse old remote, if i want i need pay for it !! so i end up lodging report to SKMM and CFM ! yesterday they came still giving me old remote (albeit its new) but i still insist of samsung black pvr remote !

true...i also complaint to the installer company...i think hes trying to rob me for rm70 for the remote earlier....
