I'm still on SD sweat.gif yes, i know...

Few days ago, got a letter telling me to upgrade to B.yond decoder at no additional cost.

I'm wondering, is there a catch (ie. contract, termination fee, etc.) on this? Appreciate if anyone have any info.

If I stick to my package, is the monthly fees the same or is HD a little more expensive?

Yes, I will call them soon too.

Thanks thumbup.gif

You mention, HD fee: RM20/month* , which means there will be an increase of RM20.00 after upgrade current package to HD?

Can choose to upgrade only the decoder without the HD channels?

Has anyone got any letter informing on the price increase for the Family HD package? I think it is an increment of RM2/month

Yup, got it. It's also in their web site.

Thanks!

So Sports is becoming more expensive (an increment of another RM6/month, after the last price revision in early 2010 I think),
And Family HD pack will also increase by RM2/month.

As a 'token of gratitude' to the customers, Astro will be screening the Family HD pack for free until mid February 2014.
Which means that, if you are currently subscribed to the channels, it'd be great to remove the package.

I mean, since it's free atm, then no need to subscribe.

Hehe

You and I know it doesn't work that way biggrin.gif

But you could always try other IPTV drool.gif
