hi..
just wanna ask..
install astro yesterday..
then after finished setup, technician said that wait for 30 minutes, if the video dont show out call the shop
after one hour still nothing happen
i call the shop, and they ask about my location..bla2..
then wait another 2 hours...call again...problem still the same..
and till midnight still dont get anything..on that time decoder show "CH 101" only, cannot change to other channel
..
suddenly my house black out
and the decoder become like this

call technician, he cannot come today ..

so what the problem actually? icon_question.gif

When I got my Astro PVR replaced a few weeks ago, the technicians volunteered to stay until I was able to get a picture and change the channels, which took around 15 minutes.

hi
i had solved the problem
1st one is card, so i go to service centre change the new one
test the card and decoder at service centre..got all channel
then back home, problem still the same..
call technician, he move a little bit the disk
and all the problem solve..
