Guys, I helped a friend of mine to register Astro the other day. She just filled in the form and few days later she got a call from Astro telling her that a technician will come to install Astro in her premise.

Now that she needs to move out due to personal reason, can she cancel the Astro? Any charges since installation has not been done?
