I have upgrade my package 2 super pack 3 through phone n was told the PVR will be send 2 me 21 days from the date u upgrade. Is it necessary to take 21 days for the PVR delivery. Secondly the tie down contract is 2 years unless u dont want the PVR then no contract.I have been using astor for 10+ years n even upgrade from HD when its lunch. How come have to tie down with 2years contract.

It not a matter of loyal customer, my concern is why take so long to deliver the pvr n must agree for another 2 years contract.

If it take longer than 21days i might call up for cancellation n cease the 2 years contract.

Guys i just got my pvr today. Wanna ask when changing channel its quiet slow compare to the previous hd decorder. Is it normal. Secondly i was charge RM100 for changing something at the dish there.

My Tuner 1 is on channel 2 n Tuner 2 is on channel 1 n moreover the input cable is on the bottom port, suppose to be on the top port. Is it ok.

Did you turn off the decorder when u are not watching or just put on stand by.tq

I can hear the hd moving when not in use or on standby so normally i shut down rather than shorten the pvr life span n when come 2 warranty u know i know lah asstro.

Beyond HD is 1080i only.

The Satcr frequency higher better or lower better. Channel1 1210mhz channel 2 1430mhz channel 3 1680mhz n channel 4 2040mhz.

Guys, this few days i test my signal strengh n seems getting around 150 n channel2 getting below 100 but signal quality full. What happen to my signal getting so low, before that getting over 185. tq

signal quality is full but tuner 1 is 150+ tuner 2 is only 110 only for signal strength but my tv is still clear n smooth, how come like that. tq

Each time i change channel it take quiet some time compare with my normal decorder previous one.

Try calling astro 2 change package but each time when they tranfer the line to operator the line cut off. Anyone experience this 2day.

Yesterday went 2 my in law place n was surprise why got HD channel, is it for cny free viewing only, becos my in law they did not subscribe to HD package. Any ideal is it free cny only.tqtq

I just got my epg today but my signal quality for tuner 1 increase to 201 but my tuner 2 only 135 previously 178/155 is tuner 2 important. Tq

So far channel 350 whole day ok here pg. Can we record 2 channel at same time with the pvr

Few channel cant view, initially I thought my pvr got problem n restart n still the same. WTH.
