Anyone can quote and reply me on this?

I've just upgraded my Astro account into SuperPack 3 (RM155.00).
Together with the 6% tax, that sums up to be RM164.30.
In addition, it also adds another RM10.00 for the AOTG.  Grand total = RM174.30.
However, there is a note saying "100% discount on AOTG FREE".

What does it mean? If its free, why the grand total is not RM164.30, but it is RM174.30?  Is the AOTG free for a period of time?

I am sure there is someone who has this Superpack 3 now.

guys wanna ask my astro guy only installed one cable to my astro pvr using this device below..does it effect anything? I find my pvr very slow to switch between HD channels take sometime for the channel to appear

hello, any tricks to fix 'ghost recording' from NEW Samsung PVR.. always red led turn-on mean 'recording' i never record that.. how to fix this?

Mine HDMI to HTS ,it reads DD for HD and PCM for SD,when HDMI is used coaxial is disabled ,my HTS picks on and off audio,thats asstro!When HDMI unpulgged coaxial works! good to hear yr tv is DD!

That cheap HDMI cable is FOC with the PVR but remember a two year contract and add on HD fees of RM20 per month applies,so now u know why the cable is FOC!

It is the earlier version but all my recordings are gone liao!!!

Calling them today to get a replacement.

It picks up DD signal which means that the source is DD , but for some strange reason when it passes down my amp sees it as DD but shows it as 2.1 and nothing comes out
I hope this is not the case , I am suing SAMSUNG SmartTV , by right it shouldn't decode DD stream and pass straight to amp. I hope it's not one of those HDMI HDCP thingy that does not allow me to pass DD stream via HDMI

Will test it out with my PC later via HDMI , as my pc is connected straight to the amp for 5.1 surround

I see... thanks for the info. But my decoder still working though. Asked Astro in the Facebook page, and they say need to subscribe the PVR if want to change the decoder... 

Guys, this few days i test my signal strengh n seems getting around 150 n channel2 getting below 100 but signal quality full. What happen to my signal getting so low, before that getting over 185. tq

Oh... ok. I received the following letter though. Can consider begging me? Not sure bout the clause though...(free decoder, but must use PVR?)

signal quality is full but tuner 1 is 150+ tuner 2 is only 110 only for signal strength but my tv is still clear n smooth, how come like that. tq

I already call CS. This service need add RM10 per month & contract 2 years. He say normally this PVR will charge RM300.00 so why astro will give free. You think lar. hahaha

Hi, I just link my astro ID to my astro account with superpack and I can now watch astro on the go for free now. may I know will this free astro on the go expired?

If they need you to upgrade to one of the new STBs then can't you just replace your old one with a non-pvr b.yond box (without a HD subscription)?

Basicly saying, yes. But have to wait 'till Measat 3b or 3c fully operational.

I need relocated my astro from previous house to new house. Installer charge me RM120 no contract at all. Then Astro now offer me PVR decoder without any charges installation BUT each month need pay addtional RM10 & 2 years contract. Currently my package RM100 per month. Which one should i choose? I need urgently choose either one. Thanks all.

With Measat 3b and 3c and 2017 (end year of monopoly, and hopefully no longer than that), yeah.
