Pls share the new UI  as usual. 😊 Wow, when swoping from a faulty decoder, a new 2 yrs contract kick in......scary......I hope starhub n SingTel dun follow the same.. ..😜

Cable TV and Satellite TV are two different world apart. tongue.gif

P.S: Astro b.yond users should have an option between no contract, 6 month contract & 12 month contract only. hmm.gif

Is Diva Universal a 16:9 SD channel now?
*
Might be in HD too. Just like E!, you need to LB extend it for the "16:9" experience of it. laugh.gif

Oh, I was hoping that astro had implemented SD 16:9 channels sad.gif.

Seems silly that they get 16:9 feeds yet they letterbox them before broadcast. Why not broadcast them as received and let the STB letterbox it if the user has a 4:3 TV or display it au natural if the user has a widescreen...
*
That, i agree. laugh.gif

'Cause they air in-house 4:3 ads, eventhough the channel feed is provided in 16:9. laugh.gif

Random updates:

Since it isn't working on current configuration, how do one make it working on DVB-S2 mode? Or wait Astro officials to explain it? hmm.gif

(If can't see, it's DVB-S2 QPSK & DVB-S2 8PSK)

But if you using Screamyx 4MBPS can subscribe already.... Just that HD is downsampled to EDTV (SD+Widescreen) and thus is blurry compared to true UniFi. Because TM dun want to upgrade their ADSL to 2+ which can easily handle 24Mbps, scared that it interfere with UniFi sales.
*
Too bad, since screamyx in my area is limited to 1mbps only. Waiting for ABN may take awhile, though.

Saw you just went back to Screamyx and no more Maxis Biz 68 for you. haha AK:  VOD for you then!

*
They "killed" me back with excessive charges on VOD one. vmad.gif It seems ONE HD VOD is charged at RM15 for non-SP customers. And they charge me twice on that. So sly.

Edit: they refuse to waiver that. doh.gif
