Anyways, here's my latest overclocking result with Corsair 2GB 3500LLPRO v1.2

DFI LP UT RDX200 CF-DR - AMD Opteron 144 (watercooled) - SilverStone ST60F 600W - GeForce 6800GS

250HTT - 250MHz - 2.5-3-2-5-1T @ 2.4V - 25hours Prime Stable - 3D Stable


These 3500LLPRO v.12 modules surely loves undervoltin'!
If I gave it 2.7V, it will complete Super PI 32M and Prime for about 8hours before going into a blank screen. Need to restart it this happens...

Memtested for 1hour at 260MHz with those timings just now but failed to boot into Windows. Currently trying to get it stable at 255MHz at 2.5-3-3-7-1T.. still 2.4V...Already passed 2hour Priming in blend test.

250mhz does not need any loose timing,
i still keep trc=7 trfc=14
Dram drive strength=7
data strength=4
not to mention the idle cycle limit can still do 16

Currently my DRAM DS = 2 and Data S = 1...If I set it to 7/4, it will be shown as "weak" in A64Tweaker or A64Info.
Not very sure about trc=7 and trfc=14 though...will try later..

Update: Can only Prime for about 5hours at 255MHz with 2.5-3-3-7, not very stable.. maybe need to set to 2.45V.

pcmoddingmy, how is the different for cl2.5 and cl3, for ur ram @ 250mhz?
well, mine juz raise not more than 20 mark for sandra.

Westly, the difference between CL2.5 and CL3 at 250MHz with my setup was 50 MB/s.
Btw, my score was lower because my CPU has a 9x multiplier.

Nowadays everyone play DDR2 RAM,
but i still playing DDR1 RAM

I feel quite surprise it able to go into window and bench SuperPI 8MB at CL2.5-3-2-6,1T, 2.6V at 260MHz.

11hours Dual New Prime :



This pair is a lot better than my OCZ PC4000 Gold GX XTC 2GB (Samusng UCCC),
no need tweak too much, put in set some certain setting, thats it, rock stable.
didnt give me any error .

Change to CL3-3-2-6,1T,2.6v at 270MHz can passed SuperPI 32M too~
it seem can go higher than 270MHz...

In fact, i didnt test it with memtest

Edit :
changed the screenshot with new Prime v25.1,
and the DDS changed to Level1 and voltage pump to 2.7v.
