I refer to the star article : CIMB Research said the news report alluded the next MRT line would be a circle line, instead of a radial line as initially guided.

That sentence probably confused me, I think they meant the next MRT line after line 2.

haha, study make perfect. Especially at this time when investing in property becoming harder due to the high entry price

But get to think about it, last 5 years I heard property gonna crash, last 10 years I heard the same thing... I guess investor are being cautious which is good.
