Just came back from Zalam's office in Sri Petaling. Was told CT launch maybe in Nov. Not confirmed yet as they are still trying to get AP soonest possible.

If no DIBS, then definitely I would pull out. Booked 2 unit. If still got DIBS, then depend on the AP approval. Tempted to go for others property.
