Im buyer from Block A2 facing South, yours is facing forest should be North if not mistaken.

And for your question: we been discussed on this ver2 or ver1 before, seems like confirmed there's no anti-earthquake future proof.
though CT is built in a flat land up the hill, yet it's better to have some kind of measure to ensure the safety too.
