By the way, I understand the exclusivity of A1 and A2, just that I find majority of the amenities are only available at B1, B2 and for A1 and A2 to access to these amenities, they will need to take 5 minutes walk and if it rains, go to B1 and B2 by car, just for the facilities.

Should there be an easy access for A1 and A2 owners to access to the rest of the amenities? A bridge that link-up from A condos to B condos?

What if it rains? Would covered and sheltered walkway be more convenient?

Should A condos have BBQ area too? I can't imagine how to carry so many things to the other end of B condos.

I'm just sharing my views after visited the scale model. Take no offence ya.

Visited the sales gallery yesterday.

Overall is impressive on the design and layout.

Few things to note: -

1. When is block C going to launch and construct?  If simultaneous as A and B, then should not be a problem but if 1 year after A/B, then it is quite hazardous especially for Block B1/B2.

2. Pick up lobby seems very plain.  Cannot really see there is visitor meet up area.

3. A1/A2 is more exclusive and privacy as anyone can use the B1/B2 pool but A1/A2 pool is only for these two blocks resident. (make me itchy want to change to A1/A2 now.......)

4. Cannot see there is bump gate at the entrance of the car park. Meaning only security guard post and life lobby need to touch card?

5. Block B2 big units taken rate is very low compare to others. 

6. No more dual key concept for big units?

7. Perimeter fencing is using wrought iron grill or brick wall? Is that any CCTV on these fencing as the campus is quite big.

Ah Chulk, would you consider to build a access bridge from A1&A2 to B condos? Just like there is a link-up bridge from The Gardens Mall to Mid Valley City Megamall.

1) This should be a mirror pic, as the Mines lake should be on the West size, so the block is A2 block with 3A units..lol

2) if you can see the balcony C shape wall, 2nd & 4th Balcony has the C shape but how come the 3rd one got a side wall?
I thought there are unit with only C shape wall OR without Cshape/Side wall?
Wondering which floor has this Side Wall balcony. Any idea?  LOL

Not sure if you've heard the Incident of Changes in Name & Unit Number for Kiara Residence 1/2 by DBKL.

It happened few weeks back, which my friend told me that The Name of Kiara Residence 1 cannot be used as the "Kiara" should belongs to Mon't Kiara area, Hence DBKL have decided to assign "Kondominium Desa Jalil" for KR1 and might affects KR 2 in future too, thus developer called for a meeting with owners on this matter and decided to suggest a better name, with Kiara Residence remains as Big signage on mainentrance, below with small font of the new Malay Name.

The Postage address would be different unit number with Malay name. 

And the unit number changed based on DBKL/Bomba requirement, hence previously booked unit 1 might changed to unit 3A/4 or viceversa. 

I believe the same wil happens to Z residences, The Treez (Changed to Jalil Residence) etc.
Will this happened to CloudTree?  Better zalam communicate well & confirm with MPKJ on the name & unit number. 
I donwanna see Cloudtree has Malay name to "Kondominium Pohon Awan" / Pokok Awan.. LOL
