Please help:
I was on UMI 38 previously. I canceled it. There was RM 10 in my prepaid account. Topped up RM 30 into my acc, bad mistake, I should switch to Power Prepaid before I topped up. I switched to Power Prepaid. RM 3 charged to my acc. No free Internet because they ask me to top to get any free internet and I topped before I switched. I decided to use up my credit by buying a UMI 20.

Today my UMI 20 status is
Data Usage: 0.20GB/0.50GB 14.00 Voice Mins Expiry: 05-11-15 1:00AM

However, I can no longer make calls since a fews day back and just lost DATA today. Because dialling *118# says my Exp: 17/10/2015
I also get SMS from Umobile "RM0. An immediate top up is required before you can make any outgoing calls, SMS or use the internet."

Can anyone please explain why that is the case? I still got validity from UMI 20 why no DATA and Voice? Does Power Prepaid take precedence over UMI?

thanks for answering. but i bought umi 20 after i switched plan, umi 20 only expired 5 November 2015, why cannot call?
