i will stay away from using umobile.. their staff is unreliable and they even avoid my question

A lot charges imposed even i opted out when filling the form.
eg Itemised billing

I even send email again to their staff to double confirm with them after i went to Time Square branch to avoid same case happen, but they dont even bothered and charges me for another month. It was horrible experience with umobile

mine dont really explain much.. i tried to signup with phone plan.. and as they out of stock they need to order the phone. After few weeks of waiting i finally received a call from them and i confirmed to them i will be going on weekend. When i went there, they told me dont have such record.

I still waiting my line to ported into other telco.. it was the 4th day now..

im not sure other branch.. but i do agree the time square really not professional.. and im sure there is someone with higher position and knowledge as when i asked some question,they will direct the question to the person.

yeah.. sometime they just reply without proper checking and make mistake

I already port away from Umobile.. still waiting them to refund my money.. it already more then 3 month since i ported..

Asked them but keep told me, they already forwarded the case
