Why first month must charge itemized billing RM3 even already request the counter to cancel at the first place, and call to cancelled itemized billing but have to wait next next month bill only effective?
so I have to pay RM3 for two month for what? |

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Aug 22 2015, 10:24 PM) From *118# cannot? *118*2*3# for balance data checking only.Eh I just sub to postpaid. How to avoid this rm3, is it ask them to email the bill instaed of postage? First bill charged RM3 itemised billing by postage (system default). E-Billing (free) would be sent to email 2nd month onward. This post has been edited by AppleDroid: Aug 23 2015, 11:08 AM |

Hi, regarding power plan. If let say I switch from umobile old plan to power plan today. I enjoy 2GB basic data only right?
Let say after 59 days (number stay passive/inactive during this period), I top up RM 10, I still will enjoy 1GB high speed data monthly from the date I top up RM 10 right? |

QUOTE(AppleDroid @ Aug 23 2015, 11:07 AM) *118*2*3# for balance data checking only. I request ebilling during sign up but they still send me. Problem is I already request during I sign up but second month I got the bill i ask the agent why, they told me I have to call umobile to cancelled, when I called umobile, they told me cannot cancel immediate. example now is Aug I call cancelled, I will still receive the statement this month by mail, only next month cycle will take effective. So my suggestion is you better called them immediately to change to ebilling once your line activated.First bill charged RM3 itemised billing by postage (system default). E-Billing (free) would be sent to email 2nd month onward. |

Switch plan you will get 10 days validity with 2gb slow data.Let say after 59 days (number stay passive/inactive during this period), I top up RM 10, I still will enjoy 1GB high speed data monthly from the date I top up RM 10 right? If you top up RM10 on day 59 (can be day 69 from plan switching day), you will get 1gb fast data that's usable for 10 days while active. This post has been edited by dgboy: Aug 23 2015, 12:51 PM |

That's meant after 59 days, after I top up RM 10, after that as long as my phone number stay active (let say top up RM 5 only subsequently), I would enjoy 1GB high speed data + 2GB slow data per month right? If you top up RM10 on day 59 (can be day 69 from plan switching day), you will get 1gb fast data that's usable for 10 days while active. |

Yes, correct. And slightly confusing point, the 2gb is renewed on calendar month basis (first day each month), while the 1gb is renewed monthly based on your initial activation date (day 59 in your scenario). Line must be active to use either, but it's always there in your account. This post has been edited by dgboy: Aug 23 2015, 03:11 PM |
