i just switch to umobile.. but im unable to connect to mobile data.. am i need to activate the mobile data? how to do it?

Call to umobile service center.

Maybe your phone setting need to configure - depends on phone model.

Some phone only need to restart.

For Umobile postpaid.

AFAIK you must go SC, so if you're already abroad then most likely cannot.

Maybe with photocopy IC etc they can still help you to do. As long as RM300 deposit is there.

Based on the information that i read at U.mobile.com.my,it says we need to top up RM10 for every 10 days..am i right? im using UMI20..

so if i decided to join the new plan,i should/can discard UMI?

Your UMI data will be used up first, then the free 1GB

You can but you can only use 1GB on active period, for example, you top up RM10 you can only use internet for 10 days

3. If I want data roaming, I need to deposit RM300? Just to confirm.
4. I have bcard, was it the same with ucard? I can't register it on website.

If using UMI with Power plan, the free 1GB data will deduct before the UMI data provided your line is active.

May i ask the ultimate device plan 135 high speed data 6gb is for each sim or 3sim share 6gb data?

nope, the free 1gb is used first, then UMI/MB data, then free 2gb
