Prepaid credit doesn't expire, so it'll just stay in your account. Next month maybe you reload 10 so you have RM22, then you can buy UMI18 again and have RM4 left.

Anyway, I just got my u-card today, didn't the promo say should get some free reload for signing up for it? Tak dapat pun....

Also, how to use the same u-card for reloads on all my 3 numbers?

Cool.

They quietly removed the free SMS on reload though (replace with free high-speed internet, fair enough).

Also doubled the per-MB cost (though I think everyone also use umi so not a big deal).

Now if only the free calls from reloading were used before the calls from UMI....

Asked in other thread but since discussion here already, if I stay on old plan (don't convert) does that mean when I reload UMI28 I will get 1GB or still the old 500MB?

Long validity only useful if your number is to receive not call out. My UMI length is what I concern about not line validity. If my phone line no more UMI its basically no use to me, data > call/sms

I just saw lowyat tweet that umobile postpaid changed from current U58 (200 min call + 100 min to u) and U88 (200min/200SMS to all, 100min/100sms to U) to a new RM50 plan (100 min call to all) and RM80 plan (100 min call to all, 100 sms to all).

Not sure if previous U58/U88 maintain.

Don't la bodoh bodoh terminate right after paying?

The thing is they give grace period to pay. So your bill is 1 Feb you don't need to pay till 21 or something like that. So they're 'protecting' themselves by demanding you pay up for one extra month.

Anyone knows what happens when line validity expire but Umi still got validity? So for example I reload today RM50 (promo) which gives me 100 days validity till let's say 14th May. But on 8th May I renew Umi (so 30 days validity) will my line cut off at 14th May or wait till 7th June?
