Hey guys, is there any way to check free call usage for postpaid plans?

I still can't decide - U28 or UMI30 + Power
Now I'm on UMI30

I read the FAQ, it seems no contract if I switch to postpaid. Not sure about any deposits

just download my u mobile app on virtual stores depending on your os respectively.

Umobile apps from PlayStore and AppStore but not WindowStore... Ops..

I remember someone mentioned the postpaid althou no LTE but it actually able to get LTE signal but capped at 3G speed...

all data plan can get LTE, even RM2 daily pass and the 1GB free data with Power

make sure your LTE is activated (SMS LTE on to 28118)

u may bank in the deposit U Mobile sdn bhd RHB bank and email them to activate it
if ur postpaid used more than 6 months then simply call them they would activate it for free for u

the power is the feature from the sim pack, the UMI 30 is the DATA plan

even though u are not subscribed with any DATA PLAN
u still entitled to enjoy the power pack features

3 example,
1. only top up 10 without subscribe any data plan, u got the free 1gb data but u only can use it for 10 days ( because u top up 10 only, validity is 10 days, passive can't enjoy free data)
2. top up 30 subscribe umi30, u enjoy all the free 1gb and also data plan 1.5gb in 30 days
3. top up amount <30 and susbcribe umi30 (u got balance of credit thats why top up less), then u may enjoy umi30 1.5gb for 30 days but the free 1gb @ ur active period only

I recently upgraded my plan to U28 from prepaid and was told that the first month bill will be prorated. Does that mean that even my data/free calls will be pro-rated?

Let's say I have upgraded with 5 days left of this month so it will be 3GB * 5/31 = 480MB? So my internet will be throttled after 480MB data usage?

Hi, I just changed from Digi to U28. I got a sms that i can free music streaming via KKBOX without using my data. After few days use i found out it ate my data around 300MB. Any ideas how this happen or any setting i missed?
