Went to Sunway Umobile last Friday waited 1H30M to Port in Umobile (from Digi). Called to Digi, CS said the same error. Application must submitted in 1 form if owners have 2 line (principle & supplementary line). Argue with CS and said this is my 3rd time and pretty sure im doing the right way. All was in 1 form.
Today, get the dealer to help me to resubmit again. Hopefully finger cross able to port in Umobile. I had no problem port from Maxis to Celcom, Celcom to Digi but got problem from Digi to Umobile. All my payment are done by auto debit and no blacklisted at all. I cannot think of any reason why have this kind of error except Digi dowan to release my number to Umobile. I think a lot of others telco MNP try to port in to Umobile that's why they're using this kind of strategy.
End up if we fed up, and we will give up to port out. Then telco will win in this case. Just my guessing only. Will update again my port in status.

hi , hope I could answer ur question.
first of all, I can be sure all telcos D M C all trying very very hard to stop their customers to port to Umobile, like Maxis would call u and provide better offer before confirm u porting, digi or celcom might easily reject with funny reason, and sometimes it happens that port from Celcom to Digi is lot easier from Celcom to Umobile.
2nd. umobile CS still not that full of knowledge and surely not keep following up ur problem too.
3rd. i m not sure if the dealer submit in the right way because sometimes umobile system is very STRANGE, but below t&c must apply
a. must port all main and supp together, no matter what plan u choose, 1 main u28 2 prepaid or 1 p50 2 supp ...
b. no outstanding @ digi
c. must key in the system correctly, u might still receive the sms even key in wrongly.
after all, DiGi should be happy to keep their customer stay.
So, if u still interested in umobile, may give a last try on this problem as i am a slightly better experience dealer
