How does Steam Wallet works? I added in $5 into my account a few days back. Then bought a few more games during the sales using my CC.

Now my wallet is suddenly $0.00. What gives? I've emailed Steam support awaiting answer but it's almost 24hrs and yet to hear from them

For Dota 2, you need to play and it randomly drop after each game (another random drop will be given for everytime you leveled up as well). For TF2, you can idle for it (there's a fix amount each week if I remember it correctly).
