dude, the best place to play basketball around Setapak... you will have to go to Setiawangsa. 10 years ago while playing in college I'd be hanging out there if not Shah Alam with the petronas juniors or just be at Inti (court decent back then but don't expect any quality opposition).

I think should still be there unless they build something else already. Haven't played for a long time now, try google Taman Setiawangsa Basketball court.
