why ppl say petrol consuming is high for new saga 1.6 ???

I am getting my new SAGA 1.6 SE this week ... anything I should check before I drive out of the showroom to know if it's a lemon car or not ?

is it normal to rev car to 5k - 6k for Saga 1.6??

as in when you press the pedal .. sometimes u feel the pick up abit slow .. then u press harder abit .. it easily goes 4k - 6k compared to previous 4AT

Just got my FLX SE 1.6 yesterday and had been loving it ever since <3

this car is awesome man !
