guys, 1 common issue suddenly pop out from my mind,
after the 3 free services, how many of u still stick to proton SC for the warranty purpose? or all don F@ck? no more free service, then service outside? within the so call 3 years warranty, is it even absorber leaking, engine mounting kabut, drive shaft failure all cover? worth to stick to SC? or juz change service at outside workshop? Now EA works got promotion for rock semi synthetic oil + denso iridium only rm250 with free labour and works engineer magnet filter, very tempting le~~ zzz

haha, i m juz curious about the warranty covered. some said even mounting and absorber wear out d still can claim for new set within warranty period, for me i whould rather service outside as the same amount i pay for proton sc, i can get much better parts and items outside. but the only problem that confuse me is the warranty. Some said the CVT is a nightmare, but for me after 6 months of usage, i found nth wrong with it. As i always floor the padel and RPM hike to 5-6k. somehow i m looking forward for more opinion and advice for those who had skiped the service n warranty after the 3rd service. Ur opinion is appreciated, tq guys!

too bad im driving CVT, ahaha... i got no idea how much a cvt can cost. IF let say servicing outside can save up rm100 everytime, for 1 year i save rm1k. But if my CVT break down, n it cost me should be 10 times for a new GB. But it is juz my assumption. My SC told me my 4th service will cost me rm500 as only for labour charge already rm120, n new set of spark plug given is normal mia, rm38 4 biji if not mistaken. and minyak also semi synthetic only..

walan, i juz check the tikus service manual. I think my SC tak boleh pakai d, chop 9 me..

i service at damansara jaya the petronas station next door got a small proton SC, not dealer.

my 10k service he force me change radiator coolen. n next 20k service he gv me false inform that i need change cvt oil n break oil too. total bill around rm500.. zzz

Not even a month i bought the saga, after a trip down to melaka, paint start to Chip off. Well, maybe stones or bugs. Then an audi screwed me from left rear, lights broke, body dent. Nothing on the Audi though except some slight obvious scratch. Grass cutter came in the morning and left the saga with rear passenger window glass shattered. And the grass cutter wasn't even using blade cutter, just cable tie. No sound proofing. No damping underneath bonnet. No cover underneath rear boot speaker. Handling rubbish. Cvt rubbish. Proton rubbish. Clarion rubbish. And the amount of DIY you guys do to improve the drive, rubbish.


i do agree some of his points. lol but wat u expect for the cheapest sedan? betul tak? im enjoying it when driving with slow n relax. ^^ hehe

Good news, my sc told me tat new batch of saga flx no more rattling noise from rear brake. =)
after i change a part of new drumbrake, suprisingly, the rattling noise is gone too.
Guys, any lubang for denso iridium spark plug? bluk maybe?

new batch should be the latest SV type i assume? coz mine is 2013 units but after 2 weeks of driving then the "music" start.

i wash my car almost everyday becoz i everyday go into construction site. worst to worst, might visit quarries and mining sites.
no 1 will believe that my car is less than 1 year old if i din wash it so frequent.
