Hi situ,
Have you heard of this Evergreen Fund from hong leong bank? It is very aggressive which is combination of REITs, unit trust, mutual fund, stock and etc. The package seems to be very promising on the return rates and too rewarding. http://www.hlb.com.my/pfs/ins/inshlss.jsp?flag=inshlss Have anyone heard of it?
