Advanti light weight?  brows.gif
Hmmm I heard that Century a lot of problem, depends on your luck if you really go for it.  hmm.gif

ooo really? so, do you have any other recommendation? icon_question.gif

hi kakicipan wave.gif,

Is it starting to give sign of dying? If not, should be no problem. Some signs include more time needed to crank and alarm goes haywire. But due to MF nature, it can also die without warning. I am using Century Marathoner and was bought at RM270 (including RM10 discount for trading in old battery).  1.5 years of usage and still strong.
*
my battery already shown its true colour. LOL. when i turn on my keys, it's sound like 'ktak ktak ktak ktak ktak'. the only way to start my engine is by using jumper. i've read an average MF battery life is around 2 years. is it true? i guessed it's time to give my cps a new heart.

compared with your price, the price quoted by workshop is still acceptable lor. thanks for the input, bro. notworthy.gif

summoning for afiqms. btw, how to summon people ah? noob bhak weii. tongue.gif

i've bought century marathoner as recommended by you. so far so good. i wanna ask you about the tubing connected to the battery. what is the purpose of the tube? my 'pomen' said it is used to 'buang angin' of the battery. i don't understand much. hoho. mind to explain? is it really necessary? hmm.gif

one more thing guys, my wheels sometimes sound like 'kreeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkk'. why oh why? I've checked my brake pad, it seems still in a good condition, like 30% left. my disk also literally no scratches at all. do i need to change the brake pad only? or skim the disk? or worst, change the disk? rclxub.gif icon_question.gif

the vent tube/hole is used to release gas build up within the battery (so it doesn't over pressure when hot/over load and potentially burst/explode)

vent the tube somewhere that doesn't mind sulphuric acid/gas (basically area not prone to corrosion)
*
ok, now i understand. no wonder OEM battery didn't have this kind of tube as it didn't bring any harm to the engine bay. i guess the vent tube connection is optional. thanks bro. thumbup.gif

but after I changed one pair straight, no issue so far, cross fingers.

when either one side bulb blown,

do not turn on the fog lamps again.
*
just change both bulbs? not the socket?

i did the same as you, but my right fog lamp always got burnt.
every 2-3 months i have to change the bulbs. damn!
why ah? because of the wiring ka?

That is why I'm in dilemma whether to change to 205/45R16 or stick to 195/50R16 on stock suspension. Really afraid that the wheelgap will be more noticeable for 205/45R16  rclxub.gif
*
it is noticeable. i used T1R 205/45/R16. stock suspension. thinking of getting an adjustable but nayy, no budget this time. blush.gif

Please dont tell me 3 fingers in front and 2.5 fingers behind? Very noticeable as compared to 195/50R16?  sweat.gif

But i bet the handling is way better than stock size eh.
*
according to my fat fingers, 2 fingers rear, 2.5 fingers front. or maybe due to the old suspension (denial mode on). lol.

tbh, if you are a light right footer like me, not much difference between 195 and 205 in term of handling. you can opt for FSB as additional accessories.
