QUOTE(madman20 @ Jul 25 2013, 08:48 AM) 195/55 and 195/50 not much price difference I think? Tak penah beli 195/55..lol yes u're right, its 205/45/16. I mean if i wanna use 195/50/15, do i need to change anytg on the car height, spring or camber? or just tepek je 195/55/15?What you mean plug and play 2011 R3? If I'm assuming what you're asking..your neo R3 is using the 16" rims right? Then you default tyre is 205/45/16 |

QUOTE(madman20 @ Jul 25 2013, 09:46 AM) Changing to 195/50/15 is undersizing your tyres..which means your car sits lower.. yea..will definitely hits speed bump with that profile and current r3 lowered spring..sigh...Not sure if your bumper will hit speed bumps or not..I can't really answer that because I've already changed my suspension and have no issues with this tyre size i dont wanna change the springgngghhh |

Posted this on satria's thread alas no reply, hoping someone can answer me..
usually engine oil optimal amount is about the 1st mark or the 2nd mark of the dipstick? My neo's dipstick indicate large volume on the 1st mark but only small patches on the 2nd mark and upwards. Is this normal? It's running 3000km++ after the latest oil change.. possible engine oil eat-up or leakage? |

QUOTE(xxboxx @ Dec 30 2013, 04:22 AM) as long as the oil level remains inside between the 2 then it's ok. if nearing the bottom mark then better get it top up. I did those two steps you've mentioned and yes I used 4litre of oil.btw, when you check, do you check after few hours since the engine is shut down and do you wipe the dipstick 1st then only put it back and pull out to see the oil level? this 2 things is important to get accurate reading. and Capmro need 4 liters of oil. when you just changed the oil, do you check wheres the oil level at? check your exhaust for signs of oil if engine eat oil or check the engine head and bottom of the engine for signs of oil for leakage. oh, I dint check right after I changed it. What are the signs of engine is eating up the oil on exhaust? There's a mild oil leakage on the engine's head and it has been awhile. It would be great if I could look at other signs on other parts of the car too nonetheless tq for the tips! This post has been edited by emblavonpros: Dec 30 2013, 10:06 AM |

QUOTE(Ericz @ Feb 3 2014, 12:53 PM) Hey guys, need some opinions on my current intake setup, lost power at high end and top speed compare to previous setup what's ur AFR reading on,Ericz?not here to compare drop in/open pod or anything to this 'closed pod' setup piping size 2.5-3inch, properly sealed, few parts joint together so 'surface' not that smooth, but wont be too much issue right.. so based from the look, not getting enough air at high speed? or too much air not enough fuel? non-cps neo tho.. Thanks. On the other note, has anyone came across item named clutch extender in Malaysia? and can anyone recommend me any tyre shops around kajang, bangi, serdang, putrajaya area that has Achilles ATR 205/45/16 This post has been edited by emblavonpros: Feb 3 2014, 08:20 PM |

Someone's gotta try the damper 1st then we can bulk buy and diy together gether lols xD
on the other hand, that deposit on the 3rd s.plugs appears to look like a residual combustion? I often change my s.plugs n imo it cud indicates inconsistent firing spark from the cable or from the internal itself (which has broader possibilities/causes). I had a bad spark plug cable of which two of it were broken, that it does affect my spark plug condition This post has been edited by emblavonpros: Apr 9 2014, 09:30 PM |
