hello people,

oredi asked in satria thread, but no reply. thought of pasting here too..

has anyone ever reset their R3 Programmable ECU (for any cause)? Wanted to know the cost.

What you mean plug and play 2011 R3? If I'm assuming what you're asking..your neo R3 is using the 16" rims right? Then you default tyre is 205/45/16

yes u're right, its 205/45/16. I mean if i wanna use 195/50/15, do i need to change anytg on the car height, spring or camber? or just tepek je 195/55/15?

what neo are u driving? I drive factory spec neo that comes with ori R3 front splitter. about 6-8 bolts to unscrew overall. plug and play basically. I cabut mine bcoz pecah oledi rclxub.gif not sure about replica front splitters and the rest.

usually engine oil optimal amount is about the 1st mark or the 2nd mark of the dipstick?

My neo's dipstick indicate large volume on the 1st mark but only small patches on the 2nd mark and upwards. Is this normal? It's running 3000km++ after the latest oil change.. possible engine oil eat-up or leakage?

I did those two steps you've mentioned and yes I used 4litre of oil.

oh, I dint check right after I changed it. What are the signs of engine is eating up the oil on exhaust? There's a mild oil leakage on the engine's head and it has been awhile. It would be great if I could look at other signs on other parts of the car too blush.gif

nonetheless tq for the tips! icon_rolleyes.gif I guess i'll just service it at 4,000km mark and start all over again sweat.gif

anyone here uses 20/45/16 tyres? I went survey around bangi area and got quote on kumho (RM25x), Conti MC5 (RM3xx), Yokohama R1 (RM27x). Are these price normal/average?

on the other hand, that deposit on the 3rd s.plugs appears to look like a residual combustion? I often change my s.plugs n imo it cud indicates inconsistent firing spark from the cable or from the internal itself (which has broader possibilities/causes).

I had a bad spark plug cable of which two of it were broken, that it does affect my spark plug condition sweat.gif
