Anyone here is using Electrolux Instant Water Heater? Any comments on this water heater brand? SA told me it comes with 2 (general)+5 (heating elements) warranty, cheap and quite nice the design compare to Panasonic and Joven for basic model without pump. Thanks. I am refering to this model, EWE361AA-DW

Bought 5 sets. Yes mainly I bought it for the simple and elegant design. It works and I have no complaints about it. Compared to this, the other brands look kind of tacky in terms of design language. Feature wise this is just a basic heater and the safety features are similar to other brands. |

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Jul 21 2013, 10:35 PM) non-pump systems hardly have noise la. I bought the most basic one:EWE361AX-DW If you want a pump then get one with a DC pump as it will be less noisy compared to a AC pump |

I don't see why anyone would want to lie about that. In any case I always hope I don't have to claim the warranty. |

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Aug 4 2013, 10:04 PM) Short answer: likely yesLong answer: Depends on how bad the low pressure is and your piping system and what you define as low pressure. Some people are a bit Gila and want super high pressure then only satisfied (e.g., the shower is stinging like needles). Ask a plumber vs a pump seller they might give you different opinion. In the end if the pressure doesn't meet your satisfaction, you need a pump. Just a question of where is the best place to put it and type. Mild boost, shower with pump good enough. Anything more than that you need a dedicated pump |
